- Minimum 4 hours / week
- Rates are between $45 & $60 / hour
- Client is responsible for mileage @ 58 cents / mile

We provide superior assistance to individuals with disabilities and mental illness in Chisago, Washington, Isanti, Pine, Kanbec and Anoka counties. Our person-centered approach enhances their quality of life by understanding their unique needs and being a resource to them and their families.
